Core PE

For your 3 lessons this week we will be focusing on health and fitness. Clear a space in your room – utilize some space in your garden or if you’re not having to isolate at home consider a suitable public space to carry out the sessions in where social distancing is possible and it is safe to carry it out. You will need to warm up and prepare adequately for your sessions and follow the 3 plans below (1 per lesson). Any issues – please email your PE teacher who can give you further advice and help.
